Our Roots
Georgia Home Choices, Inc. was recognized as a 501{c}{3} on August 5, 1994. The original founding members included Pat Puckett, tireless disability advocate and former executive director of the Statewide Independent Living Council of Georgia. Pam Willford owner, operator of Just For You Personal Support Services, Inc. and Jeannie Stanley, who's daughter Tracey wound up in a nursing home when she was no longer able to physically provide care for her.
The idea or obtaining condemned or abandoned properties and remodeling them to accommodate persons with disabilities, came from Jeannie's experience with Tracey and her desire to see her and other young people get out of nursing homes and into homes of their own.
Today with the help of local County Governments, lending institutions, donations, local contractors, and volunteers, Georgia Home Choices is continuing the vision.

HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES
At GeorgiaHomeChoicesInc., we establish and develop housing opportunities for people in the state of Georgia. We also identify and work with lending institutions, real estate entities and building contractors who do business under the code of total inclusion.
HOME REMODEL
We specialize in saving homes that would normally be condemned, and turning them into fully functional affordable housing designed to accommodate specical needs.
